Balanced & Healthy Overnight Oats with Blueberries

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup 2% or less Greek Yogurt (Fage recommended)
1/2 cup of oats
1/2 cup of 1% milk (be careful of milk substitutes (almond milk, etc) because you may get the fat without the protein)
1 tsp of honey
DIRECTIONS
In the bottom of a container of your choosing, mix the milk and oats at the bottom, then layer in the blueberries and yogurt, topping it all off with some honey. Cover and store overnight in the fridge for you and your family to enjoy.
